The breakfast was wonderful!! We met a very nice young man named Hakeem. His customer service skills were fantastic!! He went around to everyone to make sure that they were well taken care of. He was the most respectful, gracious and polite young man I have ever met. I would also like to give kudos to Rose, who was the first person I met when I checked in. She was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure that I knew everything about the times for breakfast, the restaurant and the pool. I'm glad I got the chance to see both of them on the morning I checked out.

I can’t say enough about the kindness and hospitality Brian showed my family and me during our stay at Hyatt Place Hampton. We were in town for a funeral and spent a few hours at the hotel bar afterward, where Brian went above and beyond—manning the bar, cooking, and serving us with genuine care. His warmth and friendliness put smiles on our faces during a difficult time, and we truly appreciated his service. Thank you, Brian, for making our stay a little brighter!

The breakfast was decent. I did which they had more options like waffles but everything was good. I loved the decorations in the lobby my daughter and I were amazed. I love the color scheme throughout the hotel for cute and modern. My favorite part was the bathroom. It was very spacious and the shower was amazing. My daughter and I loved the bed and was very warm and cozy and big as well. We will definitely be coming back for a longer period of time.

I have to give a special shoutout to Brian who took care of us at the bar on Saturday afternoon making us laugh and serving us with a smile. It was heartwarming to have this service and care during a difficult time for me and my family. Thank you so much Brian for your kindness and hospitality during our stay, very much appreciated.

Turkey sausage, pork sausage, warm grits, fresh made scrambled eggs not from frozen, yogurt and spoon in bowl not packed in a cup, toast your sliced bread on a conveyor oven not a pop up, bowl of oranges. Was surprised that the room with two queen beds also had a comfy contemporary sofa and ottoman.
